A clearer conversation

We review your path together.

Whether you have commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or prefer direct membership, you will have a clear discussion about cost and fit.

"You should understand your options before making a decision."

Medicare

We bill Medicare for a monthly ACPM code (usually $40-$60), which is a covered service. Otherwise, our billing works like any other in-network provider.

  • In-network Medicare billing
  • Monthly ACPM code billed to Medicare when applicable
  • Dual eligible Medicare/Medicaid patients have no out-of-pocket costs

Medicaid

We accept Medicaid with no out-of-pocket costs for covered services. There is generally a waitlist that opens more spots as the clinic grows.

  • Medicaid accepted
  • No out-of-pocket costs for covered services
  • Call the clinic to ask about current availability or to join the waitlist

How membership can save money

  • Avoiding ER/urgent care visits: Faster access can prevent expensive urgent visits. A single ER bill can exceed a full year of membership fees.
  • No unnecessary visits: We are incentivized to resolve issues in as few visits as clinically appropriate, saving time and money.
  • Cash-price services: Discounted medications, radiology, and labs are often much less expensive than insurance pricing, especially before meeting deductibles. Most labs are about $3-$10 each.
  • Medication pricing transparency: See medication details on the Weight Loss page.

Clear, fair, and no-surprise pricing

  • Flat monthly fee: No co-pays, missed/late fees, or surprise add-on charges.
  • Upfront cost clarity: For cash-pay labs, radiology, and medications, you know the cost before care is delivered.
  • In-network with most insurance: We bill insurance as a courtesy when applicable, and insurance payments are credited toward your monthly fee and deductible.
  • Medicare and Medicaid: Billing works like other in-network primary care providers, and we offer cost-limited payment plans when needed to stay affordable.
  • After-hours support: Some out-of-office-hours phone access on nights and weekends.
