Matt Bezzant, MD

Dr. Matt is a transplant to Kansas thanks to his wife, Krista, who grew up in Wichita. He earned his MD from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed an Air Force residency in internal medicine in San Antonio.
After 8 years as an award-winning active duty physician, including Company Grade Physician of the Year for the Asia-Pacific region in 2022, he and Krista moved closer to family and built Premonition Health. He is dual board-certified in internal medicine and clinical informatics and is passionate about caring for people and designing better systems of care. Matt and Krista have four boys, 2 cats, 2 dogs, and very little free time, and they love it.

Kirsten earned her undergraduate degree from the United States Air Force Academy and her Master of Medical Science from Wake Forest School of Medicine, where she also completed certificates in Wilderness Medicine and Physical Activity and Nutrition.
Before medicine, she served as a Captain and Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Air Force and worked as a nationally registered EMT and lactation counselor. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, reading, and CrossFit with her husband and two daughters.
Chad Jones, RN

Chad is an RN with more than 10 years of experience in mental health, family practice, and hospital nursing. As a lifelong small-town Kansan, he is passionate about caring for people in his community and helping patients feel comfortable and supported.
When he is not at the clinic, Chad enjoys time with his wife and two kids. He also likes to add a little adventure with snowboarding in winter and dirt biking in warmer months.

Outside of work, she is a licensed esthetician and enjoys skincare and wellness. She also values spending quality time with her three kids, friends, and family.

Outside her professional life, Tatumn enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking her dog Maverick on adventures, traveling, and making a positive impact wherever she goes.
