Medical Weight Loss
Have you struggled to lose weight? Wanted to try new weight-loss medications but haven't been able to afford them? Want a truly personalized weight-loss plan that takes into account all your other health concerns and conditions?
We offer comprehensive medical weight-loss plans with revolutionary compounded GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide. Dr. Bezzant and our team will help you establish healthy habits to keep the weight off and live your best life.
What you get:
- One-hour intake appointment with ongoing follow-up with Dr. Bezzant (not just a 10 minute video call).
- Nutrition counseling to help you find diet changes that work for you.
- Weekly injections (either in-clinic or with provided supplies at home) of compounded medications. Our GLP-1s are compounded either with Glycine (for muscle mass preservation) or B12 (for energy) and both formulations are the same cost.
- Unlimited, 24/7 primary care with Dr. Bezzant to address any other health concerns—including mental health, preventative care and refills on your medications.
Our philosophy is that weight loss works best when combined with lifestyle changes, so that instead of just losing weight you will also find yourself healthier, stronger, and able to keep the weight off even as we taper you off medication (either completely or to a maintenance dose). We follow the research and closely monitor the latest studies to ensure we're giving you the best possible care.
Costs:
- First month membership fee (includes initial visit and labs): $100
- Subsequent month membership fee: $65 (billed at the start of every calendar month)
- Medication costs vary depending on your dose and where you get your injections. See our table below for details (these costs are in addition to the monthly membership fee):

That's it! No surprise billing, no additional/hidden fees and no fighting with insurance. If your insurance does cover weight-loss medications sign up for our primary care plan and we'll complete prior authorizations and other paperwork to try to get them covered through traditional pharmacies.
