Medical Weight Loss

Have you struggled to lose weight? Wanted to try new weight-loss medications but haven't been able to afford them? Want a truly personalized weight-loss plan that takes into account all your other health concerns and conditions?

We offer comprehensive medical weight-loss plans with revolutionary GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide. Dr. Bezzant and our team will help you establish healthy habits to keep the weight off and live your best life.

What you get:

- One-hour intake appointment with ongoing follow-up with Dr. Bezzant (not just a 10 minute video call).

- One-hour comprehensive evaluation with Dr. Connor Evans at Elite PT, where he will help you craft a personalized exercise and rehab program to meet your fitness goals.

- Nutrition counseling to help you find diet changes that work for you.

- Weekly injections (either in-clinic or with provided supplies at home) of either semaglutide or tirzepatide.

- Unlimited, 24/7 primary care with Dr. Bezzant to address any other health concerns—including mental health, preventative care and refills on your medications.

Our philosophy is that weight loss works best when combined with lifestyle changes, so that instead of just losing weight you will also find yourself healthier, stronger, and able to keep the weight off even as we taper you off medication (either completely or to a maintenance dose). We follow the research and closely monitor the latest studies to ensure we're giving you the best possible care.

Costs:

- First month (includes initial visit, labs and first month of medications):

  • $265 (for semaglutide)

  • $365 (for tirzepatide)

- Subsequent months vary depending on your dose and where you get your injections. See our tables below for the details:

That's it! No surprise billing, no additional/hidden fees and no fighting with insurance. If your insurance does cover weight-loss medications and you would like to use it you can sign up for our direct care plan and we'll complete prior authorizations and other paperwork to try to get them covered through other pharmacies.
